2. Orders
All orders are processed based on the details provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information (such as design files, spelling, sizes, and specifications) is accurate.

3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but once an order is placed, the agreed-upon price will apply.

4. Production & Turnaround
We strive to meet our estimated production and shipping times; however, delays may occur. By placing an order, you acknowledge that minor variations in design, color, or size may occur, as each item is custom-made.

5. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds maybe issue if only item are damaged due to Shipping

Damage items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with clear photo evidence. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued.

6. Use of Finished Products
By purchasing, you grant us permission to use photos of your finished product(s) for display on our website, social media, and marketing materials. No personal information will be shared.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and content created by us remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. Upon payment, the customer owns the rights to the purchased design as agreed. We reserve the right to display work for promotional purposes.

8. Custom Designs
Custom designs created by us are based on customer specifications. Any revisions requested beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges.

9. Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery times are estimated and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the item purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
